See It. Stop It. Say It. Adult Behaviour Traffic Light Framework (Intensive Workshop)
4 Hours | Extended Practice & Scenarios Workshop
Extend and deepen your child safe practice through the See It. Stop It. Say It. Advanced Professional Development session, designed to move beyond foundational understanding of the Adult Behaviour Traffic Light Framework into applied practice.
This workshop builds on child safe principles with a deeper exploration on workplace culture, professional responsibility and real-world application, supporting teams to confidently navigate complex situations where reflection and shared accountability are essential.
Aside from topics covered in the 2-hour Core workshop, participants engage in scenario-based learning and guided discussions that explore how adult behaviours can present in nuanced or ambiguous ways within early learning environments. These scenarios support educators to critically reflect, unpack assumptions and strengthen consistent, team-based responses.
The session further explores:
- How workplace culture influences child safe decision-making
- Shared responsibility across teams in identifying and responding to concerns
- Strengthening professional judgement in grey-area situations
- Embedding consistent language and response pathways across services
This extended training supports services to move from awareness into embedded practice, where child safety is actively upheld through everyday actions, conversations and team culture.
