Face to Face Workshops
Booking
The following terms and conditions apply to all Child Australia face-to-face professional development, workshops, coaching, mentoring, and consultancy services delivered at a client-nominated venue.
Participant Numbers
The quoted fee includes delivery for groups of up to thirty (30) participants, unless otherwise specified in the proposal or quotation.
Where participant numbers exceed thirty (30), additional facilitator(s) may be required to ensure the quality of learning and participant engagement. Any additional facilitator costs will be discussed and agreed upon prior to delivery.
Travel and Delivery Costs
Face to Face professional development delivered within the Perth metropolitan area is included in the quoted delivery fee, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery to locations outside the Perth metropolitan area may attract additional travel costs.
Delivery to regional and remote locations will incur additional charges to cover travel and associated expenses, including but not limited to flights, accommodation, vehicle hire, meals, and other reasonable travel-related costs. These costs will be outlined and agreed upon prior to confirmation of the booking.
Venue Requirements
The client is responsible for providing a suitable venue for the delivery of the professional development, including:
- A safe and comfortable learning environment.
- Appropriate seating and tables for participants.
- Reliable power supply
- Any other agreed resources required for delivery.
Changes to Bookings
Any request to reschedule a booked session should be made as early as possible.
Child Australia will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes; however, rescheduling may be subject to facilitator availability and any costs already incurred, including travel or accommodation expenses.
Cancellation by Client
Should the client cancel a confirmed booking, Child Australia reserves the right to recover any non-refundable costs already incurred, including travel, accommodation, or venue expenses.
Where possible, Child Australia will work with the client to reschedule the booking to minimise cancellation costs.
Cancellation by Child Australia
In the unlikely event that Child Australia is required to cancel or postpone a scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances, every reasonable effort will be made to provide an alternative facilitator or reschedule the session at a mutually agreed time.
Health and Safety
Child Australia is committed to providing a safe learning environment. Participants are expected to behave respectfully and in a manner that supports the wellbeing of all attendees.
Where a learning environment is considered unsafe, Child Australia reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the session until the matter is resolved.
Photography and Recording
Photography, audio recording or video recording of Child Australia training materials or presentations is not permitted without prior written consent from Child Australia.
Intellectual Property
All training materials, resources and content provided by Child Australia remain the intellectual property of Child Australia unless otherwise stated.
Materials are provided for the use of participants attending the session and must not be reproduced, distributed, adapted, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Child Australia.
