See It. Stop It. Say It. Adult Behaviour Traffic Light Framework (Core Workshop)

2.5 Hours | Workshop on Core Principles

An introduction to child safe principles, recognising concerning behaviours, and responding appropriately in early learning environments.

Strengthen your child safety practice through the "See It. Stop It. Say It." Professional Development session, which introduces the Adult Behaviour Traffic Light Framework as a practical tool for recognising and responding to adult behaviours.

It enables staff to confidently identify behaviours to support early action when something doesn’t feel right. These behaviours are labeled as:

  • safe and professional (green)
  • concerning or boundary-testing (amber)
  • harmful or high-risk (red).

This training builds a proactive safety culture where concerns are raised early, spoken about clearly and acted on with confidence.

See it. Stop it. Say it. is a shared responsibility. Stay alert, speak up and take action to ensure every child is protected, heard and safe.
