Educational Leaders Forum
Regulation 118 specifies that an approved provider must choose a “suitable person” to take on this important role of "Educational Leader". However, across the sector, we are experiencing confusion and uncertainty about what this role entails and how the educational leader can successfully support their team to fulfil the requirements of Quality Area 1 of the National Quality Standard.
As Educational Leader have you ever questioned: Your understanding of the Educational Leader role? How to enhance pedagogical practices across the service? Your understanding of the NQF? How to prepare for Assessment and Rating?
These are just some of the aspects covered in our jam packed two-day Educational Leaders forum. If you are new to the role of Educational Leader or trying to create a better understanding of what your role entails this series is for you. Developed by Educational Leaders for Educational Leaders, you will find a hands-on approach to Educational Leader practice.
Not only will you walk away with a clearer understanding on what the role involves and how to do it, but also included is a comprehensive workbook resource supplied at each session.
