Cultural Responsiveness
Culture is the characteristics and knowledge of a group of people which can include behaviours, beliefs, values, attitudes and perspectives.
Culture is learned and shared, often passed along by communication and imitation from one generation to the next.
Culture is a fundamental building block of identity and the development of a strong cultural identity is essential to a child’s healthy sense of who they are and where they belong.
Join us and find out how the development of a strong sense of identity is critical in the very earliest years of life and how this underpins the Principles, Practices, and Learning Outcomes of the Approved Learning Frameworks.
