In this full-day workshop, educators will embark on a journey of self-discovery and reflection to enhance their overall wellbeing and promote sustainable practices in Early Childhood Education and School-Aged Care settings. Through interactive sessions, discussions, and practical activities, participants will explore strategies to prioritise self-care, manage stress, and foster a supportive work environment. Grounded in the principles of the Early Years Learning Framework (Belonging, Being & Becoming) and the Framework for School Aged Care (My Time Our Place), this workshop aims to empower educators to thrive personally and professionally while nurturing the holistic development of children.

Through engaging discussions and practical activities, participants will leave the workshop equipped with practical tools, strategies, and a renewed sense of purpose to prioritise their own wellbeing and create supportive environments that nurture the growth and development of children in their care.
