Making the Most of Routines and Transitions

Because approximately 80% of infants, toddlers and early childhood educators day is spent in routines and transitions it means that during the pre-school years a child in an early childhood setting spend the majority of their time engaged in routine experiences. 

Making the most of these experiences is therefore vital.  This face-to-face workshop investigates the range of transitions in early learning settings, acknowledges the impact and contributions educators can make to ensure transitions and routines can be improved to embed valuable learning.
