Ensuring Excellence in Compliance and Risk Management

This workshop is designed specifically for approved providers, managers/leaders and other decision-makers in early learning services who play a pivotal role in compliance, risk management, and ensuring child safety. It focuses on equipping participants with the essential knowledge and tools to uphold compliance, manage risks effectively, and prioritise child safety and wellbeing in their organisation. By addressing key aspects of regulatory requirements, risk mitigation, and crisis management, this session empowers leaders to create a safe, compliant, and resilient early learning environment. 

Participants will leave with a comprehensive understanding of compliance and risk management principles, equipped to enhance policies and procedures, mitigate risks, and respond effectively to challenges while prioritising the safety and wellbeing of children in their care.
