Reimagining the Early Years

Join us as together we embark on a journey to create a shared vision of prioritising a child’s early years across the country. This event will bring together national early years experts, State & Federal Government, key stakeholders, and many distinguished guests, to engage in critical conversations and deep thinking on reimagining early years systems.
Designed for all early years sector professionals including allied health, educators, school leaders, academics, researchers, and all supporting children and their families, this event will include an expert panel discussion along with a series of masterclasses focused on supporting children’s wellbeing and development.
With 2 exceptional keynotes and 3 concurrent presentations, each masterclass will immerse you in rich learning opportunities that will truly inspire, inform, and challenge your thinking, all while developing new practical strategies to add to your professional toolkit. Topics will include a focus on creative therapies, trauma informed practices, therapeutic relationships, cutting edge research, and the connection between space, flow, and children’s wellbeing.
The expert panel discussion and masterclasses will each include ample opportunity for Q&A, and the morning tea and lunch breaks will allow you to engage and network with professional colleagues and our presenters.

The day will include:
- Panel discussion with members of the Advisory Panel who will share their insights and expertise on how to best support children and families in the early years.
- A presentation on best supporting children and their families to reach their full potential throughevidence-based practice from a leading professor in the field of autism research.
- Three concurrent presentations focusing on creative therapies in a safe and therapeutic environment.
- A presentation on the links between play and the play work approach, a state of flow and the wellbeing of children.
All catering is provided throughout the day as well as opportunities for networking with leaders in the Early Childhood Development Sector.
