You will learn how trauma effects brain development, as well as how to identify it and understand how this impacts a child’s ability to self-regulate.  More importantly we will share the recommended practices to be better trauma informed and how to support children to acquire the necessary understanding of when and how to manage their own energy and tension, so they can adapt to the ever-changing and increasing stresses of life.
